  • What I do, where I work

  • I was Technology Developer at The Children’s Museum in Boston for ten years, from 1988 to 1998. During that time, I focused in particular on ways families interact with technology and with each other in the public space of a major museum.

Now I consult with museums around the country, developing interactive media for families in exhibits. I’m especially interested in integrating current learning theory (social learning, Constructivist, and multiple intelligences) with new technologies.

I have a particular focus on recording visitors’ stories (comments and impressions, etc) and adding them to exhibits (via software I’ve developed) and emailing those stories home for post-visit connection.
